He is Graduate in Hotel Management with ten year of experience of Heritage property. He deeply understands the operation requirements and implements the same at sites. His visits at site alerts employees for perfection and gives satisfaction to client.
Manager Operation
He is graduate with five years of experience in soft services line and has worked on critical sites like Genpact BPO. His visits on site trains houseboys and supervisor on emergency preparedness and deployment schedules as per work load. He is the key person to coordinate between clients requirement and implementation of the same at site
